The USALight.com 6” LED luminaire can deliver over 620 lumens with a superior optical design that yields productive beam lumens, excellent cutoff and low glare. This fixture is suitable for most 5-inch and 6-inch recessed downlight housings.
* Exceeds light output and distribution of a 65-watt BR30 incandescent lamp or an 18-watt compact fluorescent luminaire while consuming less than 14 watts of electricity.
* Exceeds high efficacy requirements for California Title 24-2008 and IECC-2009.
* Dimmable to 15% with most standard dimmers and is capable of dimming to below 5% with select dimmers that have a low end adjustment.
* Excellent color rendering index of 80 plus and warm white color temperatures available in 3000 degrees Kelvin.
* Ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths are virtually nonexistent.
* Does not emit heat into the primary space like traditional light sources.
* No mercury required, thus, no special mercury handling during recycling.

1. Driver
Engineered for thermal environments from –22°F (-30°C) and up to 105°F (40°C), the driver is also dimmable and has an operation life of more than 50,000 hours. UL Classified.
2. Heat Management
Finned cooling system engineered to maximize cooling and minimize luminaire volume. Our heat sink allows the LED module to install in virtually any 6-inch recessed housing.
3. Trim
Integral and included with module. Trims provides 50° cut-off and frosted lens. Module include industry leading integral reflector for maximum efficiency.
4. Mounting
Module secures in housing using industry standard torsion springs. Designed to eliminate the gap between the trim and the ceiling.
5. Wiring
Uses a simple plug for dedicated LED luminaire, making it Title 24 compliant. For retrofits, an Edison base adapter is installed with a pigtail and the same simple plug.The socket adapter unplugs from the module for ease of installation. Simply screw in the unplugged adapter, plug in the module and install. For dedicated LED luminaires, the module plugs directly into the pre-wired adapter in the housing.
6. Light Engine
Proprietary chip set manufactured for superior color temperature and color rendering. Engineered for maximum performance without requiring mercury, lead, PCBs or asbestos.
