But the customer service was great.  I ordered three 2 packs of the bulbs and 3 out of 6 did not work. The filament (or whatever actually lights up) was broken off on two of them and the third one would not light up.  I called your company and they were replaced immediately.  Also the screws are really hard to fasten in.  They should be already on when shipped.  So while I'm giving the actual product a thumbs down, I'm giving your company and customer service an A plus.

The replacement bulbs I needed (OLD style - not always easy to find) at a reasonable price.  Shipped fast, too (I've already replaced the burned out light).
