I think we can make this work April 13, 2017 Reviewer: MEPaschall from New York, NY United States   This product came up on a google search for wide flanges so we took a chance. They appear to fit our project and cover the too-large openings for the high hats already purchased. We may have to glue them in but they look like they will do the trick. Thank you USA light.com! Excellent product ... Reasonable price November 5, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from MA United States   The previous owner of my house had done a terrible job cutting the holes for the recessed lighting in the kitchen and I was constantly trying to keep one edge or another of the holes covered. These trim rings did the trick. The only thing I did to them was to spray them with a mat finish white paint to make them blend better ( they come glossy white) with both the ceiling and the existing lights.
