One of the recessed, 5 inch, LED fixtures stopped working after a year. I called and spoke with a representative. He sent out a replacement promptly. Thanks for the great customer service!

One of my recent purchase of 75 (I think) 6" LED Downlight adapter lights just quit working after around 75-80 days of use.  I requested a replacement kit using your online support services. The request was quickly responded to by your Rep Nathan.  He recognized the problem and shipped out a replacement light the very next day.
