This is a new simple system developed in Germany.
Made from the highest grade materials. The Griplock system
uses only three parts to hang track from any ceiling.
ceiling coupler
1/16" cable, any length
cable glider
Power cord and feed
(NOTE: Power does not travel through these cables,
power has to come into the track in a separate connector
as shown in top right photograph.)
Attach the ceiling coupler to your ceiling, either using a screw
(or a clip for drop ceilings). Thread the cable through the coupler
and the cable glider. Screw the track to the glider. Now you can
simply adjust the height of the track by pushing up the glider, let
go and it locks there. Touch the plunger on the glider to lower the
track, let go and it locks there. When you get it just right, cut
off the extra cable and you are done.
