Shipments:
Check your shipment in carefully, do not sign for boxes you did not receive. Do not let others sign for your shipments. Check your order against your copy of the invoice. Notify USA Light and Electric within 3 days of any damage or shortage. If it is a truck shipment, note the damage or shortage and the number of boxes you received. Have the driver sign next to your name on both copies of the freight bill. If this is not done, USA Light and Electric waives any responsibility.
Returns:
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. In addition, shipping charges are not
refundable. There are no returns on special orders, no returns on orders shipped by air
freight, and no returns on generators. Items must be returned within 30 days in original,
unmarked, factory packaging. Restocking fee will not be charged on returns due to an error
by USA Light and Electric. Before returning any item you must have an "RGA". Contact or 505-891-4147.
Warranty: Lamps:
Incandescent and halogen lamps have a three-month warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchaser with proof of purchase. For any return or problem contact

Track and Commercial Lighting Products:
USA Light and Electric warranties these products for one year from the date of purchase. USA will repair, or at its option, replace the defective product during the stated warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product sold by USA Light and Electric to the original purchaser, and applies only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained. Low voltage track fixtures are rated to use up to 50watt lamps only, 75watt lamps will destroy the transformer and void the warranty. Warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. We do not pay shipping back to our repair facility. We will pay shipping back to you.
All returned or warranty products must have a "RGA" number prior to the return or it will be refused.

Shipping:
We will ship by UPS Ground, or by 2nd DAY AIR. On large shipments we will ship by motor freight depending on the size and weight of the order. No other shipping options are available. Absolutely NO WILL-CALL PICKUP'S or private accounts with other shippers will be accepted.
