This product surpassed my expectations.

Installing down lights on a vaulted ceiling with old school 6 inch rafters is challenging.  Without a gimbal or an adjustable eyeball, the light source will shine across the room instead of down toward the floor.  Even then, some adjustable trim kits only adjust so far.  The units I ordered from USA Light were perfect.  Not only will they spotlight the floor, they can also adjust to showcase artwork on the wall which is beyond the angle most trim kits can be aimed.  

Very impressed with the product as well as the follow up phone call to inquire about my USALight.com experience.  Excellent customer service.  I'm now a lifetime customer.

Product was exactly what I wanted. I am building a Gallery for my wife's paintings and didn't want to use track lighting if possible.Your Tech department answered two of my questions quickly and accurately. You have a great support department.

I ordered 9 US-408W trims to replace trims that had been damaged by heat.  The shipment was prompt and the product exceeded my expectations on terms of construction and finish. Unfortunately I was trying to install the trims in Halo air-tite cans, which are a very tight fit at best.  The USA-Light trims missed fitting by less thnn 1/8".  I tried one of the trims in a regular can in another room and it fit fine. I note that the people at USA-Light made some helpful suggestions on getting the trims to fit and when it was clear the trims would not work, USA-Light provided me with an RMA number.  As of now the trims have been returned. Many Web merchants are fine if nothing goes wrong, but the folks at USA-Light were very helpful even though things did not work out.  Overall this was about as good an experience as one could wish for, given that things ultimately did not work out,
