5 of 5 Tight to ceiling like a good trim should February 14, 2021

You gotta a bit of assembly going on with these not much but once you do a couple you can turn em out it helps to have some type of screwdriver to use the shaft part to press in the clips that are kind of sharp, some times they will have a burr or something and can be a bit tough for the weak and powder handed. The metal is pretty solid feeling for the size and you can really beat these things to flush em up to the ceiling if the can got out of whack somehow. I enjoy installing them.

We purchased these because the mini flood light bulbs have changed (the ‘stem’ part of the bulb has gotten shorter) and we could no longer get the light bulbs in far enough, with our existing  baffles, to get the bulb to connect to come on.  So when I found these I was relieved because we had tried so many different brands of light bulbs, including the Sylvania brand that we currently had been using and none would go I. Far enough to work.  I put these in and they work perfect. Wish they weren’t shiny as none of my other baffles are shiny, but I am happy that I have functioning lights with baffles again.  They fit perfectly and are pretty easy to put in.  You do have to attach the clip to the baffle.
