For a soft wide angle lighting effect, and a bulb that will last you for years and years, consider using the LED MR-16 Bulb. LED MR-16 bulbs are available in a number of wattages, beam spreads and color temperatures. It is the most versatile bulb/fixture combination available today.

We do not sell dimmers. A magnetic transformer and halogen or LED MR-16 bulb may be operated with a standard wall switch or with a dimmer. When dimming it is very important to use a magnetic dimmer with a magnetic transformer. Product failure and fire may result from using the incorrect dimmer. It is also important to note that some magnetic dimmers require a bigger junction box than a standard wall switch. Make sure to plan accordingly and avoid problems or hazards. Do not use dimmers designed for incandescent lamps or electronic transformer when dimming a magnetic transformer. Violent failures may occur. When using the LED MR type bulbs with this trim do not use a cover glass

NOTE: This item is designed to work in place of an existing socket plate adapter in your housing. If your housing does not have the socket adapter plate, this is not recommended.
