After contacting the manufacturer and being referred to their local distributor who was not responsive to my request, I easily found the part I needed on your website. It was priced fairly, shipped quickly, and fit perfectly. USA Light is a good source when you cannot find what you need at your local big box home improvement store.

After looking online for a replacement trim clip, I telephoned your company to clarify which clip might work as some of them list their actual dimensions and some don't. Before I could get the question out, I was directed to the web site. Had to order all of the trim clips that might work because the actual employee could not be bothered.

Ordered extra trim clips did not arrive with baffle.
Contacted customer service and received a call back that clips were back ordered. Since I am in no hurry, I will wait for parts to arrive.
