They do what you want them to do. They seem to interfere somewhate with the tile laying flat to the T-bar, but the ceiling tile can be finessed a little to make it work. The only real concern I have is the nut that is included. Its a piece of stamped steel and not threaded. Kind of concerning, but a trip to the hardware store fixes that issue.
