I was trying for weeks to find a fixture to replace one that had failed after 10 years. Home Depot = No. Loew's - No. Nowhere even online. Your company was the only one that even came close to matching what I need in terms of size, etc. It took a while to get here but it got here. I am going to try to install tomorrow. It looks like there is enough room in the ballast area for all the wiring connections. I am hopeful. Regardless, I thank you for the product, service and follow-up. Send me another survey and I'll update on tomorrow's results.

Liked the fixture, it was what I was looking for to match my other under cabinet fixtures.
The flourescent bulb did not work, called and they gave me a credit to offset the cost on replacing it.

Very please with the Service, and product.  Website is easy to navigate and functional.  Pricing was very, very competitive, and the phone chat with customer service rep went very well.

Shipping was also a pleasant surprise as the product was ready for UPS within hours of my placing an order.  Delivery was within 48 hours of order... packing was good and everything ordered was delivered.

Overall excellent transaction from this first time buyer.
