I placed an order but for some reason the payment didn't go through. I assumed the lights were going to be at my residence within a couple of days. I sent a email after a couple of days inquiring when they would be shipped. I received a call back and they explained there was a glitch in PayPal and the payment didn't go through but the gentleman, who I do apologize forgot his name, was very nice and very professional and offered me some remedies. I needed the lights as quick as possible for the landscapers to install them. There was a possibility with the shipping that I chose that the lights wouldn't get to my house for around four days due to a holiday. Lo and behold the lights were at my door the next day. I can't say enough about this company they have the lowest prices on the web and the best customer service which matters the most. I know this is a long review But I felt everything in this review is worth saying.
