My order was not in stock yet my CC was charged immediately. I had to initiate any communication with USALight.  Status field in order always just said "processioning"

This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Originally, I had ordered different items and thought they all fit together. I was contacted by a customer service representative who helped me pick out exactly what I actually needed to fit together for my remodeling job.  I will use this company from now on and give them a five star rating.
