I had called to verify stock before 8AM on July 3rd for a case of 12 Plusrite MP50-ED17-U-4K with free ground shipping. I was told they had 100 in stock, and yes they would ship today. I asked if ordering online (already in the cart) would be the same result as over the phone, and was assured it would, they had a hundred of them. A week went by with no contact from them, no tracking info, and no notice of any issues with tho order. I checked through my order history, and discovered they were on backorder. Not at all happy, I called and talked to Nathen. He did what he could to resolve it and upgraded the shipping.
