Pliable metal February 14, 2021 Reviewer: Robert Clowdus from Alexander City, AL United States   These things are pretty neat if they get bent you can easily bend it and shape it back, feels weird. They also take paint good too. It helps to put a pre squeeze on the hanging arms to take of some tension that way when it pops back and squares you on a nail it's not as painful but will still turn the fingernail purple. it may or may not fall off. Recessed trim looks great! April 5, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Madison, AL United States   I bought these to cover up the larger gap in the sheetrock from the hole being cut too large.These have a really large diameter for 6" cans. Baffle trims are saving us $$$ December 27, 2017 Reviewer: Adam Lasser from Dingmans Ferry, PA United States   We have had cold air coming out thru our recessed lighting holes in the kitchen.  We replaced the baffles with the Air Tight Recessed Baffle Trims and... wala!  Cold drafts decreased by at least 80 percent.  Product shipped quickly and arrived ontime.  Will definitely be looking to USALight.com for future lighting accessory solutions.
