These Ceiling Tile T-Bar clips are amazing! They are so simple to use. All you have to do is take them and clip them to the actual T-metal Bar on the ceiling.  Then it gives you a mounting point. I am using them to mount 8 foot long lighting rails. The only thing these clips don't come with is a nut to go onto the bolt.  But those are easy to find...

These clips were needed to install fluorescent light fixtures to a suspended ceiling track and were not available in hardware stores.  USA Light had the best price on the internet.
