Ordered product and is was shipped and received in very good time. I had to ship it back because it was not operating properly. It was taken back on warranty and replaced, however I had to pay the shipping cost. This item was obviously returned previously as the box had been previously opened. Under these circumstances I would expect the shipping cost to be refunded.

I wish the timer dial was more exact, had larger print and was easier to fine tune.  It should also come with a mounting bracket.
