Prompt accurate service April 17, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Weeki Wachee, FL United States   Have ordered from them three times.  The first was to order pagoda lights for our flower bed.  They were well made and easy to install.  Broke the glass jar on two of the lights (after 3 years service) and found the replacements on their webpage.  Easy to navigate and find what you need.  Super service. Shipped Wrong/Replaced Immediately June 16, 2016 Reviewer: Thomas Mack from GREENBRAE, CA United States   I found frosted globes for landscape lighting that was very mature.  USA Lighting was the only outlet I could find after more than 6 months of searching.  Unfortunately, the clear globes were shipped.  I called and resolved to my satisfaction in less than 24 hours. Replacement Jar for 3 Tier Pagoda Light - Frosted February 17, 2016 Reviewer: JAMES GROSS from Saint louis, MO United States   Everything was good. Product was correct, price was good, shipping was fast. I did think the shipping cost was a little high, but it was packed very good for shipping. As this was all glass, maybe that's why the shipping was higher than expected. I would recommend, and use USAlight again. Was this review helpful to you?
