Upgrade Lighting September 23, 2015 Reviewer: Lowell Miller from Swartz Creek, MI United States   Upgrading to T8 ballast and lamps. Checked all the big box stores and local electrical. Couldn't believe that I order a pallet load of T-8 tubes and ballast from California shipped via freight for 2/3 the cost of local bids. The shipment arrived the exact time scheduled after 6 days from order......somewhere in shipping looks like a fork truck blade poked the pack. There were 3 tubes broken.
