This bulb has been redesigned with lessor quality materials. It does not put out light at 3000K, more like 2,700K so not particularly bright and white. The dispersion is more like a normal flood of 40 degrees. The narrow flood I wanted to focus on paintings in my gallery was lost. I still have a number of the previously designed PAR 30 bulbs to compare. The new model is just dissapointing.
