I have a dark basement. In the area where the pool table is I have a 4 foot table with my stereo equipment, that needed light badly. I mounted these fixtures on a 4 foot track on the above floor joist. What an upgrade I now can see what I'm doing when I play disc jockey ! VERY PLEASED.
