I love the product but the trims were dented and bent. I had to bend them back into shape. One has a visible crease but I put it in a corner where it cannot be seen. I realize it is copper but the packaging should be better.
Thanks.
This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Originally, I had ordered different items and thought they all fit together. I was contacted by a customer service representative who helped me pick out exactly what I actually needed to fit together for my remodeling job. I will use this company from now on and give them a five star rating.
