It was not clear from the product photos or from the description that there is no lens on this light. There is a thin edge shroud covering the row of leds at the perimeter which reflect off what looks like a common kitchen bowl. So your ceiling will look like a bunch of weird bowls. Indirect light is a nice idea as LED fixture individual diodes need a lot of diffusion to look good. Did not go as far as installing as the look is awful. Don’t make the same mistake and get stuck with the inordinate restocking fee.
