I have been looking to replace clear jars for a year or so, found these and they are perfect.
No hassle.
very good company will do business again with them.
Have ordered from them three times. The first was to order pagoda lights for our flower bed. They were well made and easy to install. Broke the glass jar on two of the lights (after 3 years service) and found the replacements on their webpage. Easy to navigate and find what you need. Super service.
Excellent service, excited they had a replacement jar for this old yard fixture, prompt delivery. awesome!
I found frosted globes for landscape lighting that was very mature. USA Lighting was the only outlet I could find after more than 6 months of searching. Unfortunately, the clear globes were shipped. I called and resolved to my satisfaction in less than 24 hours.
Everything was good. Product was correct, price was good, shipping was fast. I did think the shipping cost was a little high, but it was packed very good for shipping. As this was all glass, maybe that's why the shipping was higher than expected. I would recommend, and use USAlight again.
The replacement jars you sent will not fit the Pagoda Lights I own (or the one you sent)
I'm hoping that you have a better solution!
Thank you for a no hassle, replacement on my glass globe, broken in transit. Your customer service is what ALL online businesses should model.
Replacement Jars arrived safe and sound! Packed well. USA Light provides GREAT service. Well Done. Regards...Jerome Albin
I had two broken glass jars with my order. I notified the company and had the replacements sent out immediately- free of charge. Great service!
