I had an issue with a led bulb, I bought just less than a year ago. One phone call and they resolved the problem immediately.
The purchase process was easy, shipping is fast and the whole experience is excellent! We'll use USALight again in the future.
I changed out the incandescents for these, most were burned out - these use much less power and are easier on the transformer and last much longer.
Excellent shopping experience. All the technical detail necessary to find and order my replacement bulbs for my 30 year old tractor. Fast shipping and total satisfaction.
My husband handled the installation of the LED flood light and said it was one of the easiest fixtures he has put in. I have compared it side by side with a much more expensive unit and the quality is essentially identical. Five stars without any hesitation - buy it.
Jason was very conscientious about taking my order and reviewing it with me. I told him that we were on a deadline, and the bulbs arrived even a day ahead of time! Will definitely use your services again.
This is a difficult lamp to find and it was great that USA Light had it in stock.
Found product right away.
I am a maintenance guy at a large screw machine shop. These LEDs work excellent as the oil does not burn on the lenses. Stays very bright
I recently ordered 70 LED bulbs and 17 landscape fixtures over 4 different deliveries. And each time they arrived the next day from when I ordered. And a couple of times I didn't even place the order till after 3:00 PM PT. I was very impressed with speed but also with the packaging and pricing.
One small blemish!!!!!! One of the fixtures in the box was USED!!! scratched up and dirty...it worked but surprised it got thru..
overall I would strongly recommend USA...
Easy to find, order and prompt delivery. 3 years warranty. Very good!
